Hanna helps people using a blend of psychotherapeutic mind-body approaches. These include mindfulness, self-compassion practices, cognitive behavior therapy, insight-oriented therapy, breathing practices, guided imagery, and expressive arts among others.  Hanna works with adults throughout the lifespan, helping them navigate and cope with the stresses of life transitions and how they manifest emotionally and physically.  Mind-Body therapies engage internal resources that restore balance and health. They are also an effective complement to enhance medical treatments.

Insurance

Hanna is not contracted as in-network with any insurance providers. Most PPO plans include coverage for counseling and will pay a portion of the costs. Receiving reimbursement is possible by submitting a Superbill (prepared by Hanna upon request) to your insurance provider. Your benefits will vary depending on your coverage and provider; please contact your insurance provider prior to starting our work to confirm your coverage and reimbursement percentages.
